i just wanted to have a discussion about them.  theyve been seeming more and more like a good idea and i wanted to hear some other peoples thoughts.

for vs. against?
2 sacs vs 1 combined?
silicone vs. saline?

Well i don't know a lot about them but if I decide to have bottom surgery, it would be a meta with implants. And I like the look of one sac better than 2 separate ones, but that also might depend on the surgeon's technique. As far as silicone vs. saline I don't know enough about them to have a preference.

I've never actually looked into them as yet. I know I want some sort of phallo with them but never thought that much about the procedure with the actual balls.. as over here its not done all at once.

But would love to hear someones for and against.

The only against I have is that they will make the rest of you look smaller. I've heard some guys complain about that

For.  I have them, but I don't think I'd have gotten them if they would have been disproportionate to my dick.  It always seemed to me like you'd lose some of what little length you'd get from T & a meta.

I have one but had my surgeon attempt to mimic the real deal by creating a clear division between the two implants.

silicone vs. saline?

Silicone.  While they say that saline implants are much improved from the early 90's breast implant fiascoes, I didn't want to risk popping a ball.  Also, my first implants were weighted to get a more realistic looking scrotum.

im pretty sure i want them.  i just dont want them to look like cat nuts.  seriously, ive seen some where theyre held right next to the body and theyre kindof squeezing out from between the legs and it looks like balls do on a cat.  id rather have them hang.  i like the theory of misters weights.  (not that theyre a theory, theyre real, but the theory behind it)

I'll take what I can get.  It would be nice if they did hang just a bit, but I guess that happens with time.  Don't want to risk extrusion or anything.  Prefer 1 sac, which is why I'm considering a hookup as well. Get rid of the bonus hole.  I can't foresee using it again.  I know, never say never.  But it's the one last reminder of what was.

I would prefer the hanging also.  Guess I need to read more about the options saline vs. silicone.
One thing I am a little unsure of (besides Mister) most of the pictures I have seen on met. the results are pretty small so you would still have to use something else for sex, as they don't look big enough for penetration.
Are there other places I should look for better examples? I know you use a cream for a few months prior to surgery but if that only gives you a few cm.. in research mode (and probably will be for a few years)

never thought about the cat example but it totaly makes sense when I think about it, should definitely be avoided.

This is all far in the future for me but of course I sure do think about it. I guess to do it right you need to get rid of the bonus hole (which I likewise have never had the slightest use for) and bring the urethra out to the end of the dick and unite the vacant nut sacs at least to some degree and put something in there that's like nuts.
