Things really are changing! I have been on HRT for almost 7 months now. Mentally I feel completely female but until recently I have been somewhat functional. About 2 weeks ago all function stopped which was fine with me because I can't stand my male parts and I plan to get an orchi soon. The rest of me is very passable female. I am finally getting some small breasts and I am completely hairless. Yesterday I went to my salon for a girly afternoon; hair nails and makeup. I went home to wait for my partner, a functional preop MTF TS. I took a long bubble bath, put on a very sexy Victoria Secret bra and panties and a sexy negligee. When Karen came home she had a roses and a great bottle of wine. After two glasses of wine and some soft loving talk she kissed me deeply and took me to bed. We spent a good hour kissing and massaging each other; I felt completely female as she entered me. I had no male function and was greatly enjoying pleasuring her when I felt this warm glow all over my body. It was a warm slowly building sensation and had nothing to do with my male part. It was slow and gentle and lasted quite a while and there was no sudden release like a male orgasm. I felt warm and soft and wanted to be held for a long time. Has anyone else experienced this. I feel pretty sure it was a female orgasm! I just love being the woman I was mean to be.

I know what you're talking about. It's not really the orgasm though. It's either leading up to one or just the glow you can get from sex without going to orgasm. That's how I experience it anyway.

The actual orgasm is when your body is writhing around in agony and you look like you're going into convulsions or being tortured but you're not.

I am a bit jealous, actually! That sounds wonderful.
Out of pure curiosity, how long have you waited to become who you were meant to be all along? I imagine, if it were a long time, the feeling must be double the normal sensations... to achieve something you've always wanted.

Way to long! I should have known that I was different when I would put on my mother's underware when I was 6 or 7. I use to think about being a girl as I grew up but of course I denied it mainly because I had no interest in boys. I continued to cross dress and purge for many years but as I got older the feelings became more intense. I finally went to counciling 5 years ago and have  accepted my female self. I am fortunate because I am small, feminine looking and thin boned and I look much younger than I am. The important thing to remember is these feelings are out of your control and with self acceptance healing begins. I have ever been happer than I am now that I have accepted my true self but I should have transitioned years ago.

I'm very sorry you had to wait so long, but it sounds like you're happy now and making the most out of your life, and that's all that matters, right?  :)

I'm so happy I'm finally used to that feeling now...

I've come to the conclusion that male and female bodies are a lot more similar than we may first think from a stimulation, and sensory experience point of view.

A lot of the feelings that are discovered when we go on HRT may well already exist, but we just don't go looking for them or nurture them. Yes the HRT makes finding them easier, and will enhance them, but that does not mean they cannot be found without it.

Ok I've done a few very low dose herbals in the last couple of months, but I am effectively pre-HRT. After about a year of self discovery and practice I can honestly say I have found the same "glow" sensation.

That about where I am at now, so I always make sure the doors and windows are shut first. :icon_censored:

What I find really amazing is that it's possible to keep it going as long as you like, and you only really have to stop when you are exhausted. The old "5 minute" guy experience really has nothing on it.  :icon_wink:

So my message is to keep looking for those subtle little sparks. Once you find the link, and then nurture it, the exploration can be fascinating!

I could not agree more with Chrissty, as I'm in a similar spot experiencing similar.

Most definitely.  Even without a partner.  And my usually begins in the area where my uterus would have been.

I love it when I scare my poor cats.  My female always has to come and see if Mom is alright.  By then Mom is giggling.

OMG! Do you not know that orgasms come in all shapes, sizes, and colours????  :o But I guess you wouldn't.....

The intensity can be as low as a warm glow that takes minutes (or longer) to spread through your whole body or as intense as "a whole body cramp" (watch out what you are doing with your fingernails and teeth in this one or you partner might be "distracted" - or bleeding! LOL!). The duration can be less than a minute or as long as 10 or more minutes. The involuntary contractions may be short or may go on for nearly an hour and can be "a gentle squeeze" to intense enough to get your partner's attention. The only commonality I have found in orgasms is that most result in 'liberal lubrication' and the  most heavenly sense of satisfaction.

Over the past year, I have definetly learned the female arousal/orgasm...

I do know the warmth/glow you feel, its great! And that can often be enough...not always a need to finish :o

Finishing does seem to be similar to a male orgasm in that it builds and the big release with faces, twisting, bucking, etc.

But Ive found the whole process lasts much longer than before and is way more controllable...

oooh, I may go practice >:-)

I still have an unfinished basement, so to speak... but fortunately in the meantime I get all that action upstairs. I swear it's like I've developed two clits on my chest now. Highly sensitive and wildly erogenous. :D Every time my girlfriend goes up on me (so to speak), after I'm been gasping and thrashing endlessly, I tell her "You make me soooo glad I'm a woman!" The male orgasm is just pitiful in comparison. It's the difference between a little firecracker and the endless power of the surging ocean.

I'm pretty sure that female orgasms are similar to male orgasms because the clitoris is really like a very tiny penis.
I've recently read some articles online about doctors having new theories about the clitoris actually being longer than previously thought. They say the clitoris has a shaft just like the penis and it goes all the way up into the pubic bone and the nerve endings sort of fan out.

You can google clitoris and some of these studies will show up.

Not surprising. After all, Testosterone makes FtMs clitorises grow bigger apparently

I should have phrased that - The clitoris is like a very tiny penis OR The penis is like a very large clitoris. Either way.

Well, pardon me for being forward with this question, ma'am, but did you notice any difference in yourself or not?

Oh yes. Definately.
For the first couple of years after SRS I wasn't able to reach orgasm. Slowly the ability to climax returned.  It takes MUCH longer to orgasm  after SRS.  Overall it's not as intense as before but it does last longer, and multiple orgasms are possible too.
It just seems easier to have an orgasm from masturbation than through intercourse. Maybe I just haven't had the right partners. I have only had a handful or so  of orgasms from intercourse.

I had similar experience with my former partner, who was also a MTF person.
She was an experienced sex worker and she used to make me feel like noone had never made me feel before.
In her hands I was totally, irreversibly, female.
That, I will never forget.

I hope someday I will be able to give and receive such pure bliss again...
For now, I'm alone and transitioning, though...
