CROSS dressing comedian Eddie Izzard was running through the streets of the city this week.

The ->-bleeped-<- funny man, and hollywood actor, was last spotted leaving the city past Newmillerdam as part of mammoth charity fundraising effort to complete 1,000 miles in just seven weeks for Sport Relief.
