Progress and phallo

My big worry will always be feel and discretion of actually pumping...I like sex way too much to just never have feeling again. I was hoping to hear from people that actually had the procedure done to see if they found the sex actually satisfying...and agreed, that one phallo site looks the best I've seen, though I'm scared of the pricetag.
