I have decided to give banned users another chance. This comes with one caveat, former troublemakers will be rebanned on their first offense. So be nice, play well with others, and you shouldn't have any problems. The TOS is quite detailed, and if you follow it you most likely will not be banned again.
As a part of the wipe, I cleared everyone from any of the various punishment groups. I would suggest that you do not repeat the action that got you there in the first place.
