I just think that they would not even bother to test a male. I could be wrong.
Once Lance Armstrong won his third yellow jersey at the Tour de France he had people following him around to catch every drop of pee he released to test it. In most 'amateur' competition jocks of both sexes are constantly tested, all of them before, and the winners after. Almost every Olympics have had someone, mostly male, get a medal revoked after the tests turned up a positive on something (and the list of somethings is huge, and includes testosterone). Hell a snowboarder almost lost a medal for having a positive for pot - hardly a 'performance enhancing' drug.
Don't you think that Michael Phelps was being tested every which way they could as he closed in on eight medals?
Hell, they test horses before and after races too.
