Yeah, alright. So I got my first packer about a week ago (two of them, I wasn't sure which size would work better) and it's been a complete case of 'never knew what I was missing'. It feels so right, my posture and gait have improved (no more slouching), my pants fit properly, I don't feel awkward sitting down... the list goes on.

At first, I ordered them as sort of an 'oh, what the hell'... but now I don't feel right when I go without. It's suddenly just as important as binding.

How many of you guys pack? How did you feel the first time(s)? Did you think (starting off) that you'd ever want/need to pack, and how have your opinions on it changed over time?

Believe it or not I've hardly packed... in fact I just got the little packing strap for the Mr Right today and this post reminded me I got it.

I wear Wranglers so a little goes a long way for me, Mr Right isn't getting worn much.

i pack and on the days i don't then i don't feel like me. just got my first underworks vest today as well so i guess this is as good as it gets til t starts

I pack 24/7.  Having STP issues with the, erm, growth.  Usually pack the STP if out and about; at home just the packer.

Mr. Right is HUGE for daily packing.  IMO the 3.5 packy is best, though the 5.5" makes a better STP.

I don't sleep with my packer, nor binder. I sleep naked.
I do that so everything can "air out", get as much rest as possible, and so on, because even if what I got isn't the way I like it, it "is" the foundation on which all changes will be built. I got enough body issues guaranteeing me problems, might as well do my best to minimize chances of extra problems.

I actually do the same as you for similar reasons. While I can't stand boobs, I have BAD back pains if I bind overnight. I don't pack yet because I'm a poor SOB and can't afford one.

I have bad backpains no matter what I do, but they're a little better if the back gets to rest free of restrictions for a little bit.

And I made my own packer ;)

I've only got one because someone sent me their (clean, like new) old one, and as for the old "s'cock", those are lousy with cotton socks cos those flatten out but synthetic socks are springy, and you could make a very nice packer that's easy to live with out of those. I may in fact do that myself, so I can just pin it in my briefs.

I notice a lot of guys choosing briefs over anythng else from ease of packing/keeping the little guy from venturing out on his own. I prefer boxers myself but generally dislike harnesses for packys. Anyone know of a more comfortable homemade pack for us boxer-lovers?

Walter

Tried packing like twice. Epic fail

(did it with socks)

Chrissy - maybe sew a pocket into your boxers?

I wish I knew how to sew... or had a nice and easy sewing maching.

Hmm.. Something I need to learn to do.

I use the Mr. Right to pack, it seemed big/heavy at first but after the first day it didn't and it feels perfectly normal. I wear briefs to hold it in and then boxer-briefs over that. If I just wore the briefs it would look HUGE like people are saying, but it looks fine in layers after the briefs (by "layers after" I guess I mean boxer-briefs/boxers and pants... I've even worn briefs over briefs though and it seemed fine). IMO the packing strap that's made for the Mr. Right is useless, but maybe it'll work for other people. I got lucky and got the strap/packer combo from someone who didn't want it for $30 with shipping, otherwise I don't think I'd pay the price for the Mr. Right... the GV packer was amazing when I had it, it cost $25 I think. It fell apart but I know it would have lasted longer if I would have treated it better and not tried to use a specific harnessing method.

I have periods where I have to pack and then periods where I give up because it's such a hassle and I don't like smashing my natural growth down. And sometimes it bothers me more that there's a prosthetic instead of the right thing there. But like right now I'm in a period where I probably can't leave the house without it because it needs to be there. I think if I could successfully modify it to be a STP then I would not go into periods of not wearing it.

So....I made a cheapo packer and wore it around today...wow, I don't think I'm ever taking this thing off. Might actually sleep with it on...I actually feel naked without it.

A Safety Pin can do the trick.

I don't pack daily...

I only pack when I go out at night and if I go on a date.. which hasn't been for 18 months so basically I only pack for nights out with friends.

That's about my approach, pack when there's a reason to. Otherwise I guess I don't like other stuff around my real junk no matter how small it is.

I got mine today. It feels wonderful and natural! ;D It makes me feel more like... me.
Still working on the bladder muscles though. I need to retrain them.

Agree'd! It would just annoy me if I wore it daily!
