All of the above surgeons use a scrotal graft to line the vagina and all use the entire glans and foreskin to create the floor of the vulva, inner labia and clitoris. You will find that their main sites refer to their technique as penile inversion simply because there is always an element of inversion no matter who does the surgery. Preecha even refers to a colon graft as penile inversion. This is changing though because I note that one of the medical concierge services has dropped any mention of inversion when referring to PAI's techniques that involve other grafts.
Suporn is an excellent surgeon and there are some minor external cosmetic differences in his technique when compared to others, but they are very minor and all of the others have their own "unique" twist in any case. Suporn may or may not be the best but he has targeted his market at Europe and America and his prices reflect that.
