Is it medically possible to have a partial oricodomy?

In other words, is it possible to have the tubes that connecet the testes with wherever they go, severed & tied at the point of the sever, on both ends/sides, yet leave the testes in place, blood supply & all?

Yes it is call a vasectomy.  But it does not stop and production of any kind.  It is just a permanent form of birth control.

I don't believe my friend can produce sperm any longer, but she has to stop the production of testosterone medically, but can't afford a full orichodomy.

The vasectomy procedure just stops the ejaculation of sperm.  Testosterone will still be produced.

Any procedure that would stop the introduction of testosterone will effectively eliminate the blood supply and cause the testes to become necrotic (die).  Not a good thing for overall health.

However, use of anti androgens longer than 8 or 9 months will produce a chemical castration and the production of sperm and testosterone will be effectively eliminated permanently.
