Most people's sexuality is forged in the crucible of their childhood. That's why ->-bleeped-<-s tend to dress like their mothers. We almost fetishise the personalities and body types we were exposed to as children. When we suddenly find out we've married our mother, it's liberating to a certain extent. My mother is a strong person. She's funny but volatile, with a pretty bad temper. I don't talk to her any more.

The only poster I had on my wall growing up was of Joanna Lumley in the New Avengers, but my interest was much more in the clothes. Early porn for me was shopping catalogues.
