I dunno, but I've certainly heard a lot about Dr. O on here...
Nero was the Forum Admin here at Susan's Place for several years up to the time of his death.

Honestly there is no "the best". All you can do is go to a surgeon that suits your needs the best.
You should join the ffs support group, lots of good advice there.
