I am still in school and work part-time, whereas, I don't feel comfortable coming out there... How can i conceal any physical changes (hair, face, breasts, hips) from hormones until I am ready?  any tips?

It will be a long while before you have to hide things.  But bigger shirts help with the breast development.  The rest will be in such a way that people will get use to them.

The skin on your face should soften, but you are probably young enough that that won't be an issue.

Hair?  Do you mean facial hair?  Many young men are clean-shaven and show little beard shadow.  If you mean scalp hair, you can get an androgynous haircut.

Breast development depends on quite a few different things.  If you get too much, you can bind them as do many FtM's before their top surgery.

Hip development probably won't be noticeable if you wear men's jeans or other pants.

It depends on how long you are looking to do this.  If you're a freshman and expect to be on hormones and not out four more years, I think you will have problems.  If this is just something to last this semester or maybe until next summer, you should be OK.

This is an interesting one as it is one I have been strongly thinking about lately. I've just started a very good job, one which I neev to keep for a min of a year to pay off my debts and 2 years if I'm to actually save any money for transition. Ffs is a must imo for me and that costs a lot.

I'd absolutely love to start hormones asap,  I'm 24 and think I may just have a decent chance with them now, I'm bordering, but I hope they can work well with me. I have my first appointment with a gender therapist on saturday, so I can ask these questions and hopefully I can get that bit closer to just being Sarah:) :) :) :)

Depending on Body type and effects, you might hide the changes for a year.  Me I grew a butt, which is pretty hard to hide and I was 50 when I started hrt.  Loose shirts with pockets help.  At 24 you could be in for quite a change.  Plus there may come a time when you really don't want to hide anymore.  Least we forget there are some brain chemistry changes and body odor changes too.  It's not just boobs and hips.  You will loose alot of muscle mass and body hair will get finer or disapear.

if I transman can do it, so can you!

You could get a binder, depending on how much growth you have, and wear baggy clothes.. if anyone says your skin looks softer, just tell them you got a new exfoliate skin cream
