Waiting so long for hormones

  I have been waiting like foreverrrr for my hormones to be shipped.  My doctor needed to fill out some paperwork and then have it transfered to the company.  I have it shipped to my house bc my doctor's office is just too far away to commute on a regular basis.  I have heard that brith control pills could have an effect on a male's body?  I know I shouldn't be sneaking around stealing my sister's or moms birth control, but i cant waiitttttttt   what do yall think?

Birth control pills today would be of no help to you.

Wait for your prescription from the doctor.

Absolutely not.  Birth control pills can be dangerous to the male system.  And they will take just as long as regular HRT.  Just wait for them, it should not be that long.

stealing other peoples meds isn't nice to put it lightly, and birth control is not the same as proper hrt

you can always ask that he phone the rx to a local pharmacy of your chosing

Birth control meds are specifically compounded for exactly that. They're not formulated for hrt & if you take enough to get a useful amount of estrogen, your begging for a blotclot/stroke. And yes, stealing is really messed up.

I used to take birth control pills when I was a lot younger and the effects were non existant. It would be great if they worked but in those days they were the only option open to me. HRT is better if you can wait..

I waited over a year just to get approved

Then I had to wait nearly two weeks for my first order to arrive

Surely you can take patients and wait just awhile more. It will be better for you and your conscience will be clear
