;D Hey everyone I'm happy today its warm and sunny here in kitchcner ontario.  Okay  :P so my  question is will hormones help with my protruding adams apple or will I have to go for surgery? Thanks for your help you guys/girls  :)

Nope, like a few other things, your Adam's apple is there to stay.
You can have it surgically reduced, see Chondrolaryngoplasty.
The surgery is usually done as an add-on to either SRS or FFS.
