Job Advice

I'm looking for a Job where people will accept me as I go through my transition. And in Alabama thats hard to come by. Any suggestions would be great.

Also I just recently called the only GLBT Bar in town and the guy I talked to wasn't sure if they were hiring and told me to call back during the day. But I don't know how I should tell them. I mean I havn't even started any transitioning yet. So should I tell them I'm "Transgender" or transexual or maybe that "I'm going to be transitioning" I guess I'm not sure how to phrase it. I guess I could just not tell them first off,  but I think it would help to.
