A Skokie teenager serving a prison sentence on drug charges robbed a Park Ridge bank last year while dressed in women's clothing, authorities suspect.

Shane T. Collymore, 18, of 8125 Knox Ave., has been charged with three felony counts of armed robbery, three felony counts of aggravated unlawful restraint and three felony counts of aggravated kidnapping in connection with the Aug. 13, 2008, robbery of MB Financial Bank, 1014 Busse Highway.

In that robbery, police said a man dressed in a black-and-pink dress, white gloves, sandals and a women's sun hat walked into the bank about closing time and pulled out a black handgun from the bag he was carrying. The suspect, whom investigators have identified as Collymore, then ordered an employee to place all the money from the bank's safe into his handbag, police said.
