Today i went to see the councilor in my college because i wanted to let someone else know about my feeling and thoughts.
I was very nervous at first becuase i did not know what to expect.
I didnt know how to expalin my problem at first because this councilor was a stranger and im a little reluctant to opening up to strangers face to face.

As the appointment continued on i could tell the councilor and open up a bit more. She could see i was struggling though.
The appointment carried on and the councilor would suggest things that i could do to make myself feel more comftable like wear more female clothes and try more make up. (all of which i do anyway)
The fact that someone else was talking to me like this made me really open up, talking about what makeup i wear sometimes to how many relationships with guys have i had.

Near the end of the appointment the councilor said she was going to refer me to a therapist, when she said this i felt happy.

I know i still have a long way to go but one small step at a time, im pleased i built up the courage to see the councilor today because a year ago i wouldnt have done it.

Thanks for reading xx

You are very brave. It was all I could do to open up to my wife. She has been wonderful but I cannot open up to a stranger. Good for you! You are doing what so many of us dream about.

Thanks Chris, its nice that you have a good wife who is like that.

But i thank one person for being there for me before my appointment, thats my ex girlfriend who is my because it wasnt going to work out. I told her about myself before i saw the councilor. After i just rushed into her and hugged her tightly and she did back, she gave me that last bit of confidence that i needed so i thank her :)

I also thank everyone who comments on here, keep posting i like hearing from other people and their experances.
