vaginal depth & girth

Hello everyone im hoping you can help me.  Can anyone advise if there are procedures preferably in europe  where I can get the short depth and narrow girth of my vagina addressed, this is causing me considerable sorrow because my depth is only 3.5inches and girth is quite tight so if anyone can help me with either the names of surgeons and procedures I would be very thankful.

I'm not from europe and haven't dealt with surgeons really so can't help you there. I am curious about the 'small' size , this is after SRS?

Well, it sounds like you could use a revision.

A colovaginoplasty would take a bit of your large intestine and add an extension to your vagina.
This requires abdominal surgery to "harvest" the colon segment.
Many SRS surgeons will not perform this procedure.

A skin graft could be used in a revision also.
I've not heard of this done, though.

If you'd care to mention the surgeon and why your results turned out so, we'd all be interested.

Surgeon name was DR Seghers from Belgium a lovely kind man, Im afraid he is retired now and at the time I didnt have much tissue to use there, have had two other ops to remove some more erectile tissue but this kinda made a bit of a mess with my urethra but the revision was not done by him.

Would like to get something more done down the line if anything can be done as its getting in the way of me having fulfilling relationships - anyone know anything about Marci Bowers? have heard she does revision, anyone know anyone who has had revision with her???

SRS surgery is kind of a specialty.
Labiaplasty revision to improve external appearance of SRS is even more of a specialty.
Vaginal revision of SRS is even more specialized.
I've heard at least one quote that was more expensive than the original SRS!

By initial SRS I've heard of patients being presented with the choice of whether they would want a skin graft.
If there is not enough material, a skin graft will make better depth possible.
Of course, many patients rule out a skin graft and say, "Just do the best you can with what I've got".
I don't know how many of these wish that they'd done things differently later.
