Ok ive wanted to know this forever!

I have a medicine spoon, and I know how to use it now so it wont dribble pee all over me (most of the time)

I just ordered a packy, and plan to burn a hole through it and put the spoon through.

So when you put it through, the spoon funnel will be poking out of the base of the penis, where does that go? Do you aim it inbetween your legs? or do you turn it upwards against your pelvis?

how often should you clean it?

and, do you think the girls in my dorm will be weirded out if they see my bulge? I am out to everyone though.

Play around with it. Literally.

See what's the most comfortable for you - some guys just leave the spoon where it's supposed to go, others tuck it to one side or the other in the underwear when not using. I would also play around with multiple spoons to see which length if comfortable when using the packy - it IS a lot different (angles are all different depending.)

I was playing around with using a portion of a turkey baster bulb and it works like a dream for me (i just leave it tucked where it's supposed to be since it's rubber and i barely feel it.)But i had to play around with lengths of tubing. Too long and i had to tilt and pull the packy waaay down to get the right angle.

It would be nice to clean after each use, but that isn't always possible in public. I would clean it with warm water and mild soap every night. Urine is actually sterile so it won't hurt to have a few drops left in the underwear.

As for the girls i the dorm.... i dunno. If they know about you, they may just shrug it off. If they don't, then you may get a few looks. However having been in college dorms before i say plenty of guys "visiting" the all girls wing so....

I've found this uncomfortable, and as I wear tight pants, it pokes out and shows there.

I put my tube/medicine spoon up and to the left, along the crease of my leg, when not wearing it with the harness. When I wear it with the harness, it has a special velcro patch to keep it straight up(along where the zipper on your pants yould be). And I find that uncomfortable sometimes, plus its harder for me to use/clean.

Depends when you can. Warm water and soap through the tube every night. Or rinse it out with water after every use. Urine is sterile and, depending on your hygeine, safe.

They shouldn't be if you're out, and they understand. Plus you can hide the bulge if you want. I know when I wear my 5.5, its noticeble and hard to disguise. But when I wear my 3.5 I can either make it bulge or hide it.
