Syne

I had two friends get hitched. Right before they did I was outed to them by someone else and I told the truth. I had not transitioned yet and had just started the process. As a result I was not invited to any of the usual pre-marital party madness. Not due to any malicious intent or lack of support. They simply did not know which I would have been comfortable in attending and were not yet comfortable enough with me to just ask.

These days I do not measure acceptance, I simply live and go forward without looking back very often.

With an odometer depending how far you need to travel to see a friend.
