Chinese transgender FtM resources?

I'm writing this to help out a new guy I've met here in New Zealand. He's from China but has been living here 8 years or so, he's 33. He's currently on the path of transition, I believe he's only done counselling at this point and not yet on hormones.

The reason why I'm asking is his english skills are not the absolute best and am concerned he doesn't have a thorough understanding of the surgeries (he wants to get chest and lower, phalloplasty) so if anyone knows of anything in mandarin (I think thats his native tongue) that would be a great help

He's also planning on having the surgeries done in China and has spoken to Doctors there, however he needs to have parental consent and thats not going to happen from the sounds of it. So I'm guessing he has to become a NZ citizen before he can do any of that.
