Apparently Jorge Steven López Mercado's accused killer has managed to dance his way into an 'unfit to stand trial' dodge.

But that's not the only story.

Yet another source is repeating – almost verbatim – the self-serving, gay-males-are-authentic-but-nothing-else-could-possibly-be narrative manufactured by a man who works for the organization co-founded by unrepentant transphobe Ron Gold:

    Martínez has confessed to killing 19-year-old Jorge Steven López Mercado on Nov. 13 in "gay panic".
