When I call upon my wings to come,
They do not do so...
Heaven instead sends down weights to keep me to the ground,
But my desire is to evacuate this place we called Earth!
Why should I have to wait for the kingdom to come?
Being who I am now surely isn't worth it!
Just like the millions of spoiled brats who don't cherish,
Cherish the things and items that they own of today!
All I ask is to leave this tampered reign,
And I'm left with a holy water stain,
That crosses down my arms and burns my soul...
For punishment of greed, vanity and for being "diseased",
Humans of this Earth savage against others like myself,
And I choose the choice to run away...
Yet I'm the one being punished with sin for catching wind...
Against those who defy all order and abandon their next of kin,
It's quite funny really...
That the ones who are inflicted with pain are treated bad,
While those who cremate and intact the pain are treated with respect...
You got to be kidding me?
If the government keeps ignoring this they'll be in debt.
Ashes for ashes,
Sin for sin...
Everyone needs their own system of checks-and-balances,
But it seems more sorrow is tipping the second end,
And there's not enough joy in ounces...
To keep our energy going!
Happiness, joy, laughter;
Anger, sadness, jealousy;
Emotions are an funny thing aren't they not?
With them keeps our life going...
But yet with a twine turn they can twist us around--
Emotions are very powerful,
Very powerful indeed...
But just because we have something,
Does that give us the right to access it?
Questions...Even though life has evolved so much,
Questions...Questions...They still dwell on...
They linger like scents that attract other humans,
But just the same,
Scents can turn humans away...
Just like asking questions do so as well,
But before you get livid at me for asking this last question,
I just wish to say,
Can you accept your fellow humans for what they're worth?
Because if you only find the shallowness of them deep within your heart,
You'll only come out with a sinful tongue full of dirt.
