K-Mart, as a part of Sears Holding Corporation, is supposed to be GLBT inclusive with sexuality and GID protections for employees. For what it's worth.

I personally have to use Prime Theraputics (mail order service) because my insurance company will not allow me to refill a 'maintenance' prescription more than twice at a retail location. It is also 1/6th the cost to me versus buying it at Walgreens.

In case I wasn't clear, BCBS gets me my HRT, 90 days for 50% of one month's dose. I have fairly good insurance through my father's employer for the next 12 month's, but check your insurance plans. I almost cried when they told me "90 days estropipate, $5; 90 days avodart, $40", especially compared to the black market HRT costs.
