I like my dimple, but also want FFS! Dr. Z gave me a laundry list of things, not necessarily because I need them but because if I start doing anything, other features will start to look more masculine.

I want to fix my hairline, have a brow lift and my nose... but Dr. Z said if I do that I should fix my chin and my possibly my cheeks too.  I don't remember exactly what we talked about, I have a list of procedures somewhere but I can't find it.  I'm sure I'll have a in-person consult one of these days but I was curious if anyone lost dimples do to FFS or procedures similar?

I know its a dumb question, but the dimple is my trademark! (not that you can even see it my pictures)

Hmmmm.  I would talk to the surgeon.  He would be able to tell you.

I kept my dimples after surgery, but didn't have any work done around them either.   Dr. Z said the same thing to me when I just wanted forehead and nose done....that it will make my other features out of balance or more masculine.  I think he does this because he is a salesman.  If you can get you to do the lower face too, it doubles the cost.  He still pesters me about "finishing my face" every time I talk to him, and I am getting a bit tired of it. I still think he is a great surgeon, I just wish he would drop the pushy salesman routine.

I appreciated my assessment from Alexandra at virtualffs.co.uk, I believe that she has the ability to give a bit more of an unbiased opinion.

HTH,
Jenna
