Hey friends recently i used VEET for my legs. It removed most hair but just hours after removing it i realized that small hairs were still present throughout the legs and when i touch them they are horny like a horn . Although the hairs cant be seen but i really hate the thorny effect .

Because Veet melts the hairs away, and you just removed the upper part of those hairs.  If you keep them short when you do it again they should be a lot smoother.

Sounds like you just had some thick, stubborn stragglers.

I've been using Veet regularly, too, and after a few hours take to buzzing what little doesn't melt away. I've found the leftovers tend to be very brittle and shave very closely.
