Tips and tricks as well as questions about finding, making or using soft or hard packers that don't necessarily come with STP capabilities. (FYI pack and pee are not generally used for pack and play)

I have a tip.

For anyone who has a 3.5 inch Mr. Limpy packer. I always thought that the balls were just TOO big for me.  It was too big in my underwear and it was just uncomfortable and the bulge seemed to big for my size.

You may think.. well cant I get a packer that has normal sized balls?... no. You cant. BUT you can use regular scissors and just cut away the excess and make the balls less wide.  I did it and am really happy with the new size.

hopefully that may be helpful for someone.

I have a question:

Do packers wear out? If so, how soon? I just ordered a 3.5 Mr. Limpy, so I want to know how fast I'll have to replace it, if at all. I was thinking about making a mold with it once I have it, and then filling it with silicone or latex once the original wears out. Think it'll work?

Yes packers do wear out over time some last longer than others depending on different factors, if it's stored properly, how often it's used and how rough the owner is with it.

I don't know of anyone making a mold of their packer. I would assume that would be difficult 1 to get a good mold especially without destroying the original packer and 2 getting the proper material to make a realistic/durable packer. In fact I would think getting the base materials and tools needed to make your own packer would be more expensive than just buying a replacement.

The one I'm getting it a soft packer, so unfortunately it doesn't really work that way. :P

a ftm friend of mine packs and says that his gets really sticky and has to rub it with corn starch or something. is this normal? is it the material that does that? if so, what material does that/they have others, yes? i think it being sticky would be very uncomfortable.. and i'm looking to get my first one (excited!) and want it to be a good experience.

more questions:
i'm right to think small would look best, right? because for bio men they're not always huge.. so it would be normal, yes?
are there different harnesses? is a harness even needed?
also, i've seen "mr limpy" on the boards - is that the best kind?
perhaps someone could link to what they use?

i feel stupid asking all this stuff, but i just have no idea. i think that's all for now..
thanks,  y'all.

They are psychos, sometimes all it takes is a nice word or two, but, as my friends say, it's great to love crazy until crazy loves you back.

Yes, a lot of people have to dust theirs with cornstarch.

Between the normal pink softpack and the goodvibes softpack, I think I like the goodvibes one better. They have a more realistic flesh toned one, and darker skintones for any darker skinned FtMs.

Many of the economically priced packers will need to be powdered with cornstarch to give it a more realistic feel and prolong its life.

The size depends on your personal preference. Guys come in all different sizes down there.

There are many different kinds of harnesses, and some guys make them at home so you have several different options. Some guys go without a harness, just put the packer in tight briefs. This can work for some but can cause issues of the packer moving around  and ending up in odd places.

Mr. Limpy is one of the cheaper packer options (usually sold at under $15 US Dollars) manufactured by the Fleshlight Co. It's sold in many different locations on the web and comes in 3 sizes, and currently in only one color (really freakin pink!). It's a good buy for the price, can be a little too squishy to feel completely realistic and as you can tell by the color description it would not pass a visual inspection.

thanks for the good info!

how would one make a harness? would that be easier/cheaper than buying one? i've read some posts, and one of my friends complains about it moving around too much, which makes it uncomfortable.

before purchasing one, i've been think about packing with something else to get used to it. i've been looking online and it suggest socks, or filling a condom with hairgel (which is kinda amusing to me) any other tips? thoughts?

To get a perfect fit on your packer you can make one, or I've heard a couple guys say they use a jockstrap to keep everything in place. Harnesses vary in cost so it just depends on your price range and what exactly you're looking for.

I don't think you're gonna get the same effect from a home made packer or sock that you will from an actual packer.

I saw the really easy elastic one, and yeaaah...I honestly havent tried it, but I dont see two thin pieces of elastic holding it in place while running or doing any strenuous activity.

Can't find the site again to save my life (and in hindsight, it's not impossible I dreamt it) but I once found a site with the schematics to sewing a packer out of scrap fabric and filling it with dry rice (like one of them bean-bag-like things)....
So I did that for a while. It did the job, it had an "appropriate" weight to it, and it was easy to get it to the size I wanted.
Only drawback was... when it broke.. there was rice... everywhere...

I use the goodvibe packer and love it. I am actually in need of a new one soon, I am really rough on them and have worn one out so much that the firm core actually was sticking out of the side but I think they are much better than the cheaper ones because of the firmer core and are a more realistic color. I use baby powder even if you aren't supposed to but I don't put my packer against my skin and I don't really care that much.  ::)

ive got a PPP from dj knows dicks and its just massive, i took out the STP tubing as that was making it too rigid so now its very floppy but i was wondering that if i cut a chunk out of the shaft to make it smaller would it be possible to perhaps melt the side of the shaft and the side where the testis are and try to mold them together?

I do things the cheap way_my packer goes into a pop sock then i safety pin it into the inside of my shorts. I know no ones hand is going down there except mine so its pretty safe

I have a Home Grown prosthetic and love it. There are many more realistic colours to chose from and you can have a STP added to it for a small price. The weight feels good, it gives a realistic appearance (no King Kong look) and is nowhere as sticky as the Mr. Limpy but still needs some powder. I wear it against my skin in my briefs (no harness) and have no major shifting problems.

I eventually want to get a Like Real model.
