Thanks Leslie and Gothique!
Gothique, I had looked into fractal laser for my acne a few years back. The local doctor who was one of the better practitioners in this area was going to charge me 5000 dollars for the treatment, and it would not have been as aggressive as a CO2 laser, but since it's not as extreme, you're able to go to work, just a bit red faced, as opposed to the CO2 treatment I had, where skin was peeling off in addition to my generally beat-up, hit-by a bus look I sported for a couple weeks after surgery. Having the facelift helped with the scars too. I think being included with other services made the CO2 laser a lot cheaper (and easier to take under general anesthesia) than the office-rendered fractal laser I mentioned.
I know what you mean about what to have done, getting a bunch of stuff done at once means everything heals at once too, something to consider. And, of course, a package deal is cheaper than having everything done separately, especially if it involves hospital fees and anesthesia fees.
