I am quite decided on the idea that I get my SRS in thailand 3 years from now because by them hopefully  have enough money saved up for srs, some facial feminization , breast implants ,hopefully by next May I start my hrt , right now I have this slight problem finding a good endo hopefully I solve this by finding a suitible one in london but I'am looking into the idea of online therapy
