Jay Davis of Equality California (EQCA) sent me a copy of this media release late yesterday: This bill mentioned in the media release will address the Prop 8 related contention that religious clergy would be forced to officiate marriages of same sex/same gender couples in their churches -- even if they believe same sex/same gender marriages are sinful.
