Well I did it and nobody noticed, you guys are correct! People are oblivious. :D I did wear my hoodie all day (which isn't unusual for me), so next time I might try taking that off if/when I get hot. I went straight to the TG meet after work. I had my first counselling session there then we all went for dinner and some of us went on to the pub for a bit. It was really interesting spending time with two other transguys around my age!

Thing is though, I heard you should only wear a binder up to 8 hours at a time to avoid potentially permanent damage? :/ Do full-time pre-op large-chested guys simply ignore that? Yesterday was 15 hours.. Though I wore it as loose as possible.

I'm full time and kinda large(for my body anyway) B/C I weight about 100 pounds, I wear it for probably about 15-18 hours a day and have been doing it for a year and have had no problems.
Call me a cheat but I make my own fate.

I wear mine for anywhere between 8 and 16 hours a day for sixish years now.  I was a D cup last time I knew.  My chest has had significant breakdown (stretch marks, major sagging).  They're basically permanently flattened to my chest.  It's the reason I'm so flat with my binder on.  I use underworks.  No rib or lung problems.
