It is amazing how the changes suddenly hit you.   In an attempt to burn off some weight, I went cycling last night.   When I put my sports top on, it was significantly tighter around the bust than the last time I wore it.   Another confirmation that the hormones are doing their job.   I love it when I see changes as I feel another step closer to the real me.
