Hey guys as u now i had to cancel my last appiontment and now i go back in july. well igot my letter today. and im a lil cufused. It says above the date that that i had that it been caceled. and im not sure what with the bottom bit

anyone now ???

I would call and ask if there was a mistake. It could be nothing to worry about and someone may have just typed the date into the wrong area. But either way definitely call to verify when your appointment actually is to make sure that they didn't cancel the one you just made.

Did they say it was a mistake?...clearly what they have sent makes no sense ::)

Even if they did say it was an error over the phone, then they should also send you a revised letter by post to confirm the correction.

I'm afraid I wouldn't trust them if there is any risk they keep that copy of your original letter on file, particularly as it is so far in the future....and that applies to all the NHS not just CHX.. :icon_yes:

Do also keep trying for a cancellation though.... I have heard elswhere that some folk getting appointments at a few days notice.. :icon_wink:
