Dramatic shift in estrogen levels

This is odd. I had my bloodwork done back on 12/9/2009 and for some reason my estrogen levels were very low, 94.2. I got my bloodwork done again on the 8th of this month and it now says it's at 361.3.

Has anyone had such a dramatic shift in their levels, and what could cause this? I haven't seen the endo again to ask him yet, but I'll bring it up to him as well next time I see him.

I've been diligent in making sure my injections are on schedule. I've gone a couple days early or a couple days late a couple of times, but nothing major. Do the levels shift this dramatically on a daily basis between the time you inject and the two weeks before the next injection? My last injection was last Thursday, so it was four days since the injection when I had the blood drawn. Whereas I did the injection two days after my prior bloodwork, so it doesn't seem to make sense, since both were done pretty soon after the injection.

What did the medical people say, if anything?

That I think is similar to GG's when they go through their cycle. Highs and lows in Estrogen. Maybe this has something to do with it ?
