Cops seem to have a penis fetish when it comes to a suspected drug dealer born with both male and female sex organs.

First they claimed intersex suspect Fadwaan "Vet" Murphy had a fake penis strapped to his waist.

Now Mitchell's Plain police officers are accused of trying to shock the genitals of the boyfriend of Vet's sister and his friends.
Glenda Bird's home was raided last week and she claims her lover almost had his penis zapped because of her notorious brother.
