Noting that I had just over a weeks worth left I ordered a refill for my E.

Well, it still isn't in and now I'll have to wait until Tuesday to see if it's ready. That means at least three days with out E

Today is the first day of missing my dose and I'm beginning to feel sick to my stomach and rather moody and blah  :P

Is that a typical reaction to missing your dose? Is it some kind of withdrawal? Has anyone else dealt with delays of their E?

I've missed a dose a few times, and it's not usually a serious problem. I might not feel my best, but I can't rule out psychosomatic causes -- i.e., being annoyed at myself for getting to the pharmacy sooner or just forgetting to take it. Three days? I've never missed that many doses since I started HRT, so I don't know.
All changes, even the most longed for, have their melancholy; for what we leave behind us is a part of ourselves; we must die to one life before we can enter another.

It depends on the method of delivery. Micronized pills are gone from the body in 3 days I believe, but you feel it much sooner. Injectables are designed to linger for a little bit. Recently I had to wait 2 days longer than normal because they had to special order a vial, and it wasn't too bad, I really think I had a little bit of an excess in my system anyways. But the few times I missed just single a dose when on orals....that wasn't pleasant at all. For the first few months until I was used to injecting I got hot flashes, super angry, shaking, headache, blahs, depression, etc...for a day or two before the next shot. Thankfully that doesn't happen anymore.

Try to stay calm and remember it will all be over soon.

I skip two days as part of my cycling.  It isn't like you will revert to "IT".  You might not be nice to be around, but hang in there sister.  They are coming as fast as they can.

Hugs,
