They probably won't show because they'll be covered by that nice female layer of subcutaneous fat over them. Cardio? Sit-ups with weight? I could do 200 sit-ups at some point but I didn't have much in the way of visible abs, just a little firmer.

Women can have abs. But without T you will most likely regret it later as it will define your waist A LOT.

Some get serious abs which do look masculine, but I am not sure if it's with intense unbelievable training or with aids of steroids or both.

Just google female abs.

You guys may be better at this than me but

Doing the same thing without increasing the difficulty is going to plateau, and it's usually a good idea to give muscle groups a day off so they have time to knit and rebuild.

That and the girl fat. To be fair, most men don't have well defined abs either. The one place men do pack on fat is straight to the stomach. Most *people* don't have great midsections.

Try getting food poisoning* I almost died at the start of the month and couldn't eat for a week and lost all of the stomach fat I'd gained over the past year, but mostly kept my ass, thighs, and boobs.

*not really recommended.

You can select the equipment (or lack thereof) that you have available to you/want to use, exercise type, difficulty level, and a bunch of other stuff.  Heres specifically the abs one:

Heres the main index or whatnot:

I'd highly recommend not just working the abs... You'll find you'll progress a lot better all around if you mix it up.  Just working your abs will get you literally no where.
I solemnly swear I am up to no good.

P90X is the answer. I did it for the "90" days early last year and got it to rockin' shape. I've always been an athlete and even a professional athlete for around 5 years. P90X got me in the best shape of my life in 60 days. I c a n  n o t  w a i t to do P90X one day down the road after I've started T.

If you just want an Ab workout though, look into Ab Ripper X, I'm sure you could steal one from Limewire or maybe Youtube. It's the ab workout you're looking for. As far as the layer of fat, that part of the abs are made in the kitchen. However, if you choose to do it up right, just do P90X, comes with a full meal plan and "diet". You won't go hungry on this diet, it's a ton of food. If you want more information or to purchase P90X or Insanity or anything else from Beach Body products, go to beachbodycoach.com/heidihenry.
