But his nerves quieted as he slipped on his sunglasses and the opening lyrics of Lady Gaga's "LoveGame" reverberated throughout Kane Hall. After a month of attending drag shows, feverish choreographing and the hunt for the perfect pair of heels, it all came down to this.
Caves walked away from last May's Drag Competition with first place for his animated rendition of Gaga. Determined to do her proud, Caves will also be performing one of the artist's songs tonight at this year's event, which starts at 7:30 in Kane 130.
