Hi just a quick question, if im lucky enough to get HRT when you gain weight on your hips to give that feminine shape can you control how much weight you put on in that area. I run a lot and have worked hard to get my weight down and want to keep it that way so would exercising a lot help. Any ideas anyone. Ta

as far as i know it is no possible to control any weight you put where on you body it just goes on. it is said though loose all the weight in male form first then hrt will help put it back on a female form, dont expect you existing weight to suddenly want to go to all the places you want it to.

and meh... weight is the bane of my existence, im sitting here now feeling verry guilys i ate 2 veggie hot dogs form yesterday

My opinion? If you are able to grow breasts the rest will follow and I think that is fairly right so exercise will only help to enhance your female shape. Just think of this; Females foes exercise and still get fat on the right places so why should not we do the same if we are on HRT (E2 and P4)?
