I never thought I'd get this far.  I have my court date to get my name officially changed on March 25th!  Its been an interesting ride so far and not without its drawbacks in terms of financing everything (still paying down my medical bills) but its completely worth it.  The only sticky issue now (other than where I'm going to live when my lease ends but you don't really want to hear about that) is getting the funding for GRS.  Is there any sort of financing option or does it need to pretty much be paid up front?  If its an up front sort of deal then I have no idea what to do short of a miracle happening (such as waking up one morning with a vagina).  I suppose there's always a quick buck to be made in porn but I'd rather not resort to that.

I'll stop feeling down about what I don't have start focusing on the positives.  HRT has been fairly good to me so far; all 9 months of it so far.  The effects are subtle but I think they do the trick.  Here is a little before and after comparison:

March 2006 (while I was getting my hair dyed for St. Patty's Day)

Feb 2010 (the infamous picture-taken-in-bathroom)

However I'm always open to suggestions if you think I should need FFS at any point.  Although GRS is going to come first; I'm much more comfortable with my face than the other thing I have which will go unnamed.

Major changes.  The only thing I might think anout is the jawline.  Kind of boxy, but it is up to you.

Wow! Personally, I don't think you need FFS at all, you look great!  :)

Those are not photos of the same person! You look great. :) Don't bother with FFS, it'll be a waste of money for you.

You don't need FFS.   Your results so far are fantastic.    Many would give their right arm to llok that good, even after surgery!

Wow, holy cow. Total transformation! Your eyes look so different!

Questionable benefits for doing a nose job to make it look more feminine. Your results are great so it's not really necessary.

Thanks everyone!  I suppose that's one thing on which I won't have to spend more money.  Hopefully GRS will follow soon when I graduate and get a better job.

Yours eyes and forehead are very good but look good from the start in the pre HRT pic. Your eyes are quite big and not like typical male eyes which are usually further into the sockets. You have an awful lot of potential.

Absolutely stunning, oh my god.

Be true to yourself, work and save hard and you will have GRS.

Kind regards.

One tip. You could possibly pluck your eyebrows a little more which will highlight those gorgeous eyes!
