silly little habit

Recently I discovered the game "Uno" in the App store and thought it might be fun. I've become totally hooked on the online multiplayer part of it, where you are connected with other iPhone/pod users around the world. I think it's prolly the most wasteful hobby I've ever had, but nevertheless I find myself going to bed early and putting off taking my Ambien so I can have a little extra time under the covers in the safe, warm darkness playing Uno...not to mention the soundtrack, it has this awesome battlestar galactica-esque music to it.

So anyway do you have any stupid hobbies? Any wasteful fascinations?

they have Uno on xbox live and I used to play it a bunch when I was bored. I have (I guess it's had now ) a friend that uses uno with the webcam as his primary social outlet. yes, he's a sad individual.

I spend alot of time on the web, messin about on my itouch..seriouslly. I'll down load random free apps for the hell of it and cause their free lol.

Reading and watching movies. I have this habit of listening to movies while doing homework. Usually the same movies over and over again. I lived alone for a long time and had to have movies on 24/7 for background noise.

TV. the first thing i do when i come home afterschool is turn it on in my room then it doesnt turn off until about 2am (or whenever i go to sleep) assuming i dont have work or somewhere to go. id sleep with it on too if i didnt have school. it just makes me feel good to fall asleep to it and wake up with it on that its such a contrast to having to wake up for school that it just makes it worse.

im not always watching it either, i just always have to have it on, even if its on mute or the cables off.

I must admit that since I went to the exhibit of Cartier jewelry I keep thinking about how secure they are, and what I'd have to do to get around that system.  Just for the Liz Taylor stuff.  And the Princess Grace wedding set.  Oh yeah, and the stuff he made for Marjorie Merriweather Post.  That's all.  Really, I only need a couple of minutes inside to get it all.  Any suggestions?

I think we are on the same wave length, I went to the Tower of London and saw the Royal Jewellery, I spent the entire tour trying to work out how to steal it.

Then again I did wonder what I would do with a crown with a diamond the size of a Hen's egg in it. Type very Regally to Susan's?

I did remember your joke Kat; Vaginal sex is for babies, oral sex is for Jewellery. God the Queen must be good!
