2nd person accuses officer of sex assault

Two days after a San Antonio police officer was arrested and accused of rape, another person has complained he was the victim of a sexual assault by the on-duty officer, Police Chief William McManus said.
McManus said the man alleged Officer Craig Nash, 39, assaulted him sometime in the summer of 2008.
Police spokeswoman Sandy Gutierrez was unable to provide further details of the allegation Friday.
Gutierrez said although an internal affairs probe and a criminal investigation have been opened, no charges have been filed against Nash in the more recent complaint.
