Droves of aspiring "Biggest Losers" lined up at a casting call for the NBC reality series yesterday hoping for a transformation - none more so than 39-year-old Michelle Figueiredo.

"I want to be the first transsexual person on the Biggest Loser," said Figueiredo, formerly "Michael," a manager for State Street Corp. in Quincy.

But before Figueiredo can undergo the surgery necessary to physically become a woman, the Cohasset native must drop more than 100 pounds, down from a current weigh-in of 318.
