Sexual minority groups comprise gays, lesbians, transgenders and bisexuals.
'We also want reservation in parliament and legislative assemblies. As we are transgenders we are deprived of our basic rights and are ill-treated by society. So if there is reservation for our community in parliament, we can raise our issues in the temple of the Indian constitution,' Sujoy Debnath alias Suzane, a transgender, said.

http://www.thenews.com.pk/daily_detail.asp?id=229293The Sindh High Court (SHC) issued notice to Advocate General (AG) Sindh, on the petition of transvestites seeking implementation of the Supreme Court of Pakistan's (SCP) directives regarding welfare of their community.
The Supreme Court of Pakistan in November last year issued orders directing the government to take steps for the removal of gender discrimination and pave way for the transvestites to apply for passport facility and job quota.
