So they say you're feeling better when you start forgetting to take your meds. I've been having a horrible time of remembering to take my hormones on time (!!!). A couple of doses I forgot altogether, only remembering when I was trying to figure out why I was so crabby for no apparent reason.

SO

I got some of these Vivelle patches and Wow! I was skeptical because I tried estraderm once and those are just plain dumb. Anyway I'm not replacing estradiol talets because I don't want to wear four patches, but wearing just one has wonderfully levelled out my mood swings and fluctuating libido.

So if you've tried patches before and didn't like them, I would suggest looking at Vivelle again, they are tiny, potent, and nothing like those giant stinky non-sticking other ones.
