does anyone know what you can and can't claim on your tax return yet?? i got an email from Mara Keisling stating that the woman who sued the IRS ruled in her favor that her medical treatments were just as medically necessary as anyone else's. i'll gladly listen to anyone who has the proper answers!! thank you!!

Listen to your accountant/CPA/lawyer or whoever does your taxes.  You can take any deduction you want.  It's a matter of the IRS flagging it.
FIGHT APATHY!, or don't...

Take it any way.  The worst that can happen is the deny it and you have to pay the extra tax.  I am thinking of doing the same thing with my orchie.

TurboTax?

The medical deduction calculator is quite simple/through.

Theres several free online file systems, free if you make less than a certain amount.
