i am a 20 year old, slightly overweight, male and i am becoming interested in cross dressing.
are there any exercises I can perform in home (ie, cheaply) to give myself a more femenine figure?
also, i can't for the life of me figure out tucking, any tips?

Exercises for a feminine figure?  Uh, if you find any, let me know!

As to tucking, ask and ye shall receive.  I highly recommend the Steffie-Gaff -- easy and cheap to make, and they work well.

Welcome to Susan's, Boogies!  Please take time to read the Terms of Service, the twenty rules are there for very good reasons, to help make Susan's a place that's a resource for all who want/need information on gender.

Have a look around, see what you like, strike up some conversations with others of like interests!

And when you get a chance, do post a more complete introduction in the Introductions forum!
