A San Antonio police officer has been placed on indefinite suspension after being accused of a string of misconduct, including, most recently, that he had sex with a woman in the back of his patrol car while on duty, according to city documents.

Police Chief William McManus indefinitely suspended Martinez without pay Feb. 12, effectively firing him from the San Antonio Police Department, according to documents from the city's Civil Service Commission.

"The department takes allegations of misconduct seriously," McManus said in a prepared statement issued Thursday. "My position is clear. Misconduct will not be tolerated. When a member of this department is found to have engaged in this type of misconduct, swift and appropriate action will be taken. The appropriate action in this case was to suspend indefinitely."

I saw that and he seems like a total jerk!  Needs worse than suspension though.

As I read the article I became pissed. They suspeend this guy without pay for having consentual sex when anouther officer from the same police force just recently raped a transwoman and he is suspended with pay.
I guess as long as you keep your daliances in the realm of raping transwomen the force will suport you and if you are just a fornicator you lose your job.

I know there were other issues but the message is messed up.
So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you can win a hundred battles without a single loss.
If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.
