I have been welcomed in by my boyfriend Brad's family ever since we started dating. His family is very supportive of us dating and told us keep it up.His parents, brother and sister like me and I have proven it to them.I have shown the respect they want out of me.They know I am a post op ts.His mom told me last night something that warmed me up after I came over to visit: I will always love you as my future daughter in law and will not let you down knowing your past.I do love her to knowing we wil have a great future mother/daughter in law relationship. My boyfriend's family has been taught not to judge or hurt anyone and to treat a person with respect instead.

Congrats Cassandra.. you really couldn't ask for anything more!!    If there is one thing that has always played on my mind whenever I've dated someone in the past is whether their family will accept me, I'm talking years before I came out. I would get nervous at family gatherings and act aloof >__<

Dating someone really is more than two people it's so true, and when you have that full acceptance it is heaven!! Everything falls into place perfectly ..I couldn't be more elated to hear such awesome news!!! :D:D:D:D
*hugs*
