Well, as I think I said the last time you were here, only you can make the decision as to what to do about it.
Sadly the one thing that you can not do is to ignore the feelings thinking that they will go away permanently. As lot's of people told you, and as you are now discovering for yourself THEY WONT!
They may appear to go away for a time, but until you deal with them in some way or other they will be back.
So the only real question is what are you going to DO?
At 19 you have a great opportunity, should you decide to transition, to make a good change and live a whole adult life in your chosen gender.
I also reinterate, that these days there are several professional sportsmen and women who have actually gone through transition. Sure it cuts you out for a time, but after you complete the medical process, providing you can be shown to have no unfair advantage as a result, most sports will let you compete in your new gender.
Anyway it's your life. You have to decide. Nuff said
